Unfortunately due to Covid19, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges at this time unless it is due to a manufacturer error. Please understand that we want to keep the health of others and our team protected. If the item has a manufacturer error, please contact us at info@hisdaughtersreflection.com within 24hrs upon arrival, with a clear photo. If we are not immediately notified within 24hrs upon arrival we will not be responsible. All items must not have been worn and must be in its original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for items after they reached you unless they arrived damaged due to a manufacturing error. If this is a shipping carrier error please contact your local carrier. Thank you.
